Terms of Service

• These terms are subject to change at any time.
• By playing this game you agree to keep yourself updated to any changes to these terms of service that are announced on the front page.

• Accounts

  • Each player may only have one account.
  • Each account may have an unlimited number of characters.

  Cheating

  • Any action that allows a player to break, bend or change the rules of the game in any way is considered cheating.
  • Using bugs or misstakes in the game system for personal gain is an action that breaks the game rules and is therefor considered cheating.
  • Using automation, botting, scripts or other mechanisms to play the game breaks the game rules and is therefor considered cheating.
  • No action may be taken against possible cheaters without a stated reason as to what is believed to have been the cheating.
  • No accounts may be deleted as a result of cheating to ensure that if we are misstaken, accounts can be restored.
  • Players who are found to unintentionally have cheated will be issued a warning and a penalty in proportion to their gain from said cheating.
  • Players who are found to intentionally have cheated, will be issued a penalty and will get their accounts locked in proportion to their gain from said cheating.
  • Players who are found to repeatedly have cheated will have their accounts suspended.

  Offensive Acts

  • Each player is responsible for their own actions and the administrators of this service can not be held liable for the actions of players.
  • Players may not act in a way that is offensive to groups of other players or individual players, but may act offensively against groups of characters or individual characters.
  • Offensive acts include, but are not limited to, badmouthing, lying, sexism, racism and fascism.

  Code of Conduct

  • Violating the code of conduct has no in-game penalties from the admins, but may have from the players.
  • Players should not scam other players.
  • Players should not harm players in the same team or nation.
  • Players should not betray trust given to them by players in the same team or nation.

  Virtual Property

  • All forms of resources and values in this game is to be considered virtual properties.
  • We respect the amount of work people can put into the game and allow them to trade and/or sell virtual property as they see fit.
  • We will allow names of accounts and characters sold to be changed after trades and/or sales.
